For women who are tired of being tired. Relax, restore and gently unwind.
Let's be honest… we all feel tired sometimes. Not just sleepy — the kind of deep, physical and emotional fatigue that won't shift. If you're craving something that actually feels restorative, this is for you.
Soft Landing is a gentle Friday evening experience designed especially for women who are done pushing, performing or trying to "fix" themselves. Instead, it invites you to soften, breathe and return home to your body in a way that feels safe, supportive and deeply nourishing.
This isn't a yoga class. This isn't a lecture. It's a somatic, nervous-system-informed retreat that helps you release tension stored in the body and settle out of survival mode — at your own pace, without pressure.
What to Expect:
During the evening you'll be gently guided through slow somatic movement (moving with ease, not effort), nervous system-aware breathwork, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and guided rest and grounding support.
Every part of this experience is invitational — there's no expectation to perform, share your past or revisit memories you're not ready for. You choose what feels right for your body and mind.
Who This Is For:
Women feeling physically or emotionally fatigued, anyone whose mind struggles to switch off, people who feel stuck in stress or tension, and those curious about nervous-system-informed support. No prior experience needed.
Spaces are limited and booking is essential.
