Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP) is a local charity helping people stay connected with their community. CCP runs two accessible transport services: Neighbour Cars (a friendly volunteer car scheme) and Dial a Bus (a door-to-door accessible minibus), along with wider community support initiatives across Christchurch and the surrounding area. Their mission is to reduce social isolation and help residents — particularly older people and those with mobility challenges — access the services, activities, and social connections that matter to them.
